In his spare time he enjoys hiking, camping, traveling. His passions include affordable housing, infrastructure, and of course tech!

Based in sunny Tallahassee, Florida, Amanda joined our team in 2015 and has been rocking the dual roles of Human Resources Director and Office Administrator ever since. With a knack for multitasking and a “get-it-done” attitude, she keeps things running smoothly while creating a workplace culture that’s inclusive, dynamic, and human-focused.

Before joining us, Amanda honed her skills at the State of Florida Department of Commerce as an Adjudicator and Auditor in the Reemployment Assistance Office. Translation? She knows her stuff when it comes to employment and labor law and uses that expertise to protect and empower our team every day.

Amanda is also certified in Everything DiSC Workplace®, which means she’s the go-to for helping our teams communicate better, work smarter, and solve conflicts like pros. Her workshops and presentations aren’t just educational—they’re engaging, relatable, and packed with tools that make a difference, whether you’re on a Discord call, writing an email, or in the middle of a team huddle.

When she’s not leading the charge at work, Amanda is a full-time mom to five amazing kids and a dedicated BSA Den Leader. She loves spending time outside, from gardening and hiking to camping and soccer matches with her crew. She also recharges with hot yoga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—because let’s be real, balance is everything.
